I have 42 items—including paintings, gouaches and etchings—it will be a lovely little exhibition, well curated; I hope it will make an impression.” He mentions the ongoing business matters for Lucien, who is in litigation with Mr Katawi; he is awaiting a reply “from the gentleman at the stove” and so on.
