- Proof copy annotated with handwritten corrections by Bourotte/Méry, including trials of initials and illustrations by Alix Aymé. Bound in a hardcover, with the spine sewn with threads.

- An edition dedicated by Bernard Bourotte to André Malraux in Phnom Penh, October 24, 1933. The work consists of loose sheets held together by a thread passing through two perforations. Softcover binding in imitation leather.
