PAIR OF LIDDED VASES

potpourri jars. Blue-tinted glass body (from Le Creusot?) and gilded bronze; the sides are adorned with rooster heads holding chains with pendants and palmettes. 
They rest on Athenian feet ending in volutes. Round white marble base decorated with pearls.
Late Louis XVI period.
