Oval-shaped pommel with a skirt.
Wooden tang, covered with filigree sheepskin.
Two-pronged guard on a curved joint.
Curved blade with hollow sides and a fuller, manufactured in Châtellerault and dated 1857.
Scabbard bearing the same number, made of iron with a single strap.
