A crossguard with two arms connecting the joint arch (no. 287) and the guard plate, from which the teardrop-shaped quillon extends.
Oval pommel with skirt, wooden tang covered in filigree leather. Reeds-style blade with traces of a signature, 1819, curved with hollow sides and a counter-edge (BICK hallmark).
Heavy steel scabbard with two straps.
