Oval pommel with a laurel wreath, filleted crossguard, openwork guard with floral decoration, teardrop-shaped quillon.
Horn tang (filigree missing). Slightly straight blade with three fuller lines, marked by the Chatellerault manufacturer ‘O.Superieur Ml 1855’.
Iron scabbard with two bands.
Some oxidation. Total length: 91.5 cm.
