Skirted pommel, four-spoked wraparound guard on a jointed arch connecting to the crossguard. Wooden tang covered with filigree sheepskin. Straight T-shaped blade with a full-length fuller; engraved on the back with ‘Production Châtellerault’ and dated 1878.
Iron scabbard with a single strap and symmetrical tip.
