Pommel in the shape of a helmet, with a jointed arch decorated with a trophy of arms in the antique style, joining two straight quillons.
Body knot with laurel wreath.
Symmetrical shell decorated with arms trophies and acanthus leaves. Wooden spindle with alternating double silver filigree. Straight blade with chased triangular section, gilded and blued throughout.
Leather scabbard with two gilded brass fittings, cap with lictor beam in a laurel wreath (button missing), accidents.
France, Consulate, First Empire period.
