VOLUNTARY OFFICER'S SABRE Gilt brass Montmorency-style mounting.
Long-tailed helmet cap. Joining arch forming the openwork plate with a radiant sun, from which two branches form the shell decorated with the Republican symbols of the lictor beam and Phrygian cap on a plant crown background.
Wooden spindle with alternating double copper filigree.
Curved Solingen blade with hollow sides, gutter, chased, gilded and one-third blued.
No scabbard.
