Brass mounting. Oval cap with laurel wreath, round jointing bow and small guard limb, curved quillon.
Wooden spindle covered with watermarked leather (accident). Curved blade with hollow sides and gutter engraved on the back by the Klingenthal factory and dated 1822.
Oxidation on the blade. Leather scabbard with two brass fittings.
France, first quarter of the 19th century.
