Gilt bronze mounting.
Melon-cut cap, side joint arch decorated with lines (small period repair). Almond-shaped crosspiece and drop-shaped curved quillon. Squared ebony spindle (crack). Curved blade with hollow sides, gutter and flat back, chased, gilded and one-third blued. Leather scabbard with brass fittings.
