The Geomatic model was launched in the early 1960s and produced until 1971. Our example under reference 933 is equipped with chronometer caliber 881 G, the first version of this reference. According to the information given in the reference work "The Collectibles" published exclusively for collectors by Jaeger-LeCoultre, production would be limited to 1,700 examples from 1963 onwards.
