CHINA LATE 19th CENTURY - EARLY 20th CENTURY
Very large Famille Rose porcelain dish, decorated with four reserves featuring birds and flowers of the four seasons.
The whole is set against a bright yellow background decorated with sgrafiatto scrolls and sown with various flowers (peonies, chrysanthemums, prunus, lotus, narcissus...). The lip is enhanced with gilding. The base is turquoise enamelled, except for a double circle in underglaze blue with a six-character Yongzheng mark.
