Note
This work, not catalogued by Messrs. Werner Adriaenssens and Raf Steel, is a variant of Éternelle idylle, a group featuring our couple followed by two female figures, known as "the sisters", created around 1910-1911 and available in marble, bronze and silver. It could be the Fiançailles group, created in 1911, but whose image is not preserved (no. 236 or 237 in the aforementioned work).
