Note
Maurice Charpentier-Mio was as passionate about the recitals of Isadora Duncan, to whom our plaque may be paying homage, as he was about the creations of the Ballets Russes. In particular, he delivered several interpretations of Le Spectre de la rose, set in 1911 by Michel Fokine to a score by Weber orchestrated by Berlioz.
