One of the most legendary models of American production in the 1950s and 1960s was undoubtedly the Cadillac 62 Series, a veritable figurehead of American power in the automotive sector.
The 1956 model featured an all-new V8 engine, increased from 331 ci to 365 ci (bringing power to 305 hp), and the adoption of a revised Hydra Matic gearbox, which was stronger and smoother than its predecessors.
This model arrived on the Old Continent in the 1990s and underwent a major restoration in the early 2000s. No stone was left unturned during the work, which included a complete overhaul of the bodywork, upholstery and powertrain! All of this work is documented and available on request.
The car is still in good working order today, and despite little use in recent years, its 6-litre V8 engine still runs like new! The
bodywork is still very attractive, the paintwork well extended, and there are no notable defects in the interior either.
