Range Rover V8 4.6 « Autobiography » – 1998
French registration title
The Range Rover is one of the undisputed legends of twentiethcentury motoring. The so-called P38 generation made its debut at the 1994 Paris Motor Show, and was followed by a number of diesel and petrol models. A truly practical and luxurious SUV, this generation met with worldwide success and was sold until 2001| the top of the range was the 4.6 V8 associated with the Autobiography finish.
The Range presented here went on sale in Monaco in 1998 and was configured exclusively for its first Monegasque owner. The metallic red interior is finished in black leather, with impressive wood trim decorating the dashboard and door panels. The engine is a powerful 218 bhp 4.6 V8, with plenty of torque and smoothness.
The current owner, who lives in the Var region of France, bought the car in 2013 and only uses it relatively infrequently, and never off-road. The car is regularly serviced, however, and a final service was carried out before it was put up for sale.
The car runs perfectly and looks as good as new, having always lived in a healthy climate, and there is no corrosion on the chassis.
The engine is willing and the transmission smooth.
The configuration of this luxury 4x4 is still impressive even in 2025, and the options are still up to date: two TVs at the rear with helmets! Wouldn’t this be the ideal purchase for a small family?
