Rover Mini Cooper 1.3i – 1998

Spanish registration title

Alec Issigonis probably never imagined that Mini production would continue well into the 21st century. With Rover as parent
company, the seventh generation of the Mini went on sale in 1996, with customers able to choose between the Mini 1.3i and the Cooper 1.3i.
Our example is a beautiful Mini Cooper 1.3i registered on 19 February 1998. BMW is now at the helm and will make this
latest version a condensed version of elegance and refinement, with certain details on the latest models that set it apart from the rest of the production range.
In British Racing Green with a White Diamond roof, it is recognisable thanks to its 13-inch ‘Premium’ wheels, wide tracks and plush interior. Black leather upholstery with ivory piping, a rich burr-walnut dashboard with three central white-background dials and a host of extras further enhance comfort and safety, including a steering wheel with airbag, height-adjustable headlights, side reinforcements, seatbelts with pretensioners, etc.
Purchased in 2006 by its current owner, it has just over 47,000 km on the odometer and is in very good original condition. This Mini has benefited from regular servicing, ensuring that it remains in excellent condition both in terms of appearance and operation.
Fun to drive, this Mini adopts a 2.76 axle ratio to reduce fuel consumption on the motorway, and its multipoint fuel injection
gives it extra torque while retaining its 63 hp.
