with a youthful face and generous cheeks.

The face of the young King Louis XIII is clearly
identifiable with his singular profile and his coiffure
coiffure. The same iconographic
profile on the medal by Claude Frémy
by Claude Frémy, dated 1611, in the Louvre
Musée du Louvre [N° OA 3299] (fig.1).
