Prault, 1733]. 6 volumes in-4, contemporary tortoiseshell calf, 5-ribbed spine, red title-piece, havana tomaison, ornate coffers, triple gilt fillet to covers, double fillet to edges, blue marbled edges (minor rubbing to edges, corners and spinebands, minor spalling to covers of some volumes, scattered foxing and browning, some leaves uniformly browned).
Edition illustrated with a portrait of Molière by Coypel engraved by Lépicié, 33 plates by Laurent Cars after Boucher, and nearly 200 bandeaux and culs-de-lampe, some repeated.
