1990 Lamborghini Countach 25e Anniversaire - Lot 26
1990 Lamborghini Countach 25e Anniversaire French registration title To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the brand, Lamborghini presented the 25 Anniversaro at the Monza F1 Grand Prix in 1988, a contemporary 5000 QV that had been redesigned by some of the greatest names in the industry; only 650 examples of this Countach were produced until 1991 In the hands of the same family for 29 years, the car we’re presenting here was kept by its second owner for more than 25 years before his son took over ownership in 2021; it had 41,456 km on the odometer on the day of our test drive Launched on 14 February 1990, it was one of the last cars produced, benefiting from aesthetic and technical improvements developed by Horacio Pagani (who was working at Lamborghini at the time) and Sandro Munari for the chassis, but still equipped with the legendary 5.2-litre V12 engine developing 455 hp. Although the car has been regularly maintained by its owner, it will require a complete overhaul to ensure that it runs perfectly; aesthetically, the bodywork is still in its original Rosso Siviglia colour, combined with a light beige leather interior, all of which has just been fully treated and cleaned to preserve its appearance (full condition report available on request) A holy grail of the 1980s, the Countach 25th Anniversary is enjoying a strong upward trend; last Lamborghini to be hand-built, it represents a unique opportunity at this price level
