Ptolemaic" geocentric armillary sphere in wood, printed paper and brass, the globe signed in a cartouche "DELAMARCHE PARIS / rue Serpente 25 / 1872", surrounded by two cardboard discs representing the Moon and Sun at the center of horizontal rings representing the tropics and the equator, two vertical rings representing the solstice and equinoxes, the whole encircled by a horizontal ring representing the months and zodiac signs. The lower bands show the latitudes of European cities. Baluster base in turned wood.
