Grande-Croix plaque| yellow gold with eight pointed branches, in the center a platinum cross set with diamonds alternating with lions' heads issuing from platinum towers (symbol of Castile and Leon). In the center, a ruby cross surrounded by the motto "OB: CIVES: SERVATOS" in gold and enamel. The platinum cross is surmounted by a platinum and red enamel crown on a guilloché background adorned with pearls, two triangular sapphires and two rubies framing an emerald. On the reverse: pin and two hooks. 19th century.

Original circular case in red morocco gilded with small irons, green underside marked by the maker: "Olivier Joaillier Palais Royal 119".
