This man, who dreamed of being a coachbuilder but whose life led him to become a pastry chef, has lived his passion to the full, with the help of his son, an acolyte whose wise advice he couldn't do without... Once an advisor, he's now the enthusiastic collector, convinced that the best car in his collection will be the next one! We met last July, and I have to say that it's rare to find someone who's so busy professionally, but capable of fixing a
