TWO sculpted white marble BUSTES representing respectively a young man and a young woman dressed and coiffed in the antique manner. The boy is bare-chested, with medium-length hair and a veil holding a fibula to his upper torso. The young woman is wearing an antique dress, her hair in a bun and falling to her shoulders. Both have half-open mouths, revealing their teeth. France, early 18th century.
