STYLE DAGUE in iron with inlaid silver and gold fillets. The pommel is a crushed knob with a star shape. The spindle of two leaning pinecone balusters, two straight turned quillons finished with smooth crushed knobs. Throated diamond-section stylus blade. Two star punches on the blade. Late 16th century, early 17th century.
