Gold salute featuring, on the obverse, the angelic greeting with the Archangel Gabriel (right) standing to the left, wings half spread, facing the Virgin Mary (left) standing to the right, whom he visits and greets by handing her a scroll inscribed "AVE"| the figures are seen at mid-body and placed behind the accosted shields of France and France-Angleterre| above, five rays of divine light.On the reverse, a Latin cross accosted by a lily and a leopard (Rouen), under the foot of which is an uncial H, all within a fleurdelisé decalobe.6 September 1423 (2nd issue).
