Four-square inro made of maki-e, hiramaki-e, takamaki-e and gold and silver kirigane lacquer depicting a plover flying over a lakeside landscape populated by bamboo groves. The base bears a signature "Josen saku" with the artist's kakihan in red. The interior in nashiji lacquer.
With a pale green hard stone obijime.
