Oblong oval section gold wax case, richly chased. Decorated with garlands of polychrome flowers by the use of rose gold, green gold and silver. Trace of punches, unidentified master goldsmith. Heel engraved with the coat of arms of the Duport de Loriol and Calvière de Boucoiran families (allied in 1762), under a marquis crown. Work of the 18th century, probably Parisian.
