The article should include everything made in Ireland, except for Mrs. Hart's schools, for which he already has an article. He asks that photographs be taken, especially of the embroidery and lace (but no drawings). The expenses will be covered by the publisher Cassell and Co. "If the designs are good, the article should be attractive"...
