RESTIF DE LA BRETONNE Nicolas Edme (1734 - 1806)
autograph manuscript, Vie voluptueuse. The 6 simultaneous mistresses| 4 pages in-4 of a bifeuillet (pag. 211 - 214) and a small leaf (24 x 5 cm) bearing on the back the address of Cen Retif, Rue de la Bucherie N° 9..
Rare fragment of a libertine tale.
Account of a man who became rich, and who pays "the pupils of a famous dressmaker" for their favors. The narrator wishes "to make the well-being of all these girls": Petiteblanche, Gerardette, Doucette, Poulette, Rubanrose... He takes particular advantage of the submission of Marte-Victoire.
Too poor to refuse this man such pleasures, the young girl, sixteen years old, lets herself be done: "You know what I did, when you took my throat, that you searched under my skirts, that you asked me for kisses on the mouth? I gave everything, or let take| because I did not want to deprive you of your pleasure". She becomes then for him an object "necessary, to satisfy the physical needs. She was caressing at will, did not bring obstacles to auqu'une fantaisie"... The narrator attends the frolics of Marte with his young libertine brother: "the young man knocked her down, &| possessed her, without her making the least resistance. I kept myself well to interrupt them! not wanting to cause seizure neither to the one, nor to the other"... Their father intervened, furious, and exclaimed: "And if Mr. Dulis had seen that! [Dulis is one of Restif's favorite pseudonyms]. On the small fragment, appears
Dulis: "Blanche made Sofie sit on her lap. She ordered, laughing, to the pretty child, to caress him... to give him voluptuous kisses... to let herself kiss a beautiful newborn breast, which she uncovered halfway...
Sofie obeyed timidly| but her inclination broke through her restraint. Blanche demanded protests of attachment... Sofie made them, with a ravishing modesty"... (The end is missing).
