Here little variety except a congestion of the streets such as I crossed the great boulevards an officer of the peace pulling my horse or rather the horse of my fir by the nose between two hedges of city sergeants now a howling and congested crowd which gave a little the feeling of the riot very amusing besides. I saw Gérard de Naurois at the Moulin-Rouge very cheerful. - We are definitely going to rent the apartment at 21 Rue de la Fontaine, which
