P.S., co-signed by Dr. Eduard PFUHLand Dr. Arnold LIBBERTZ, Berlin and Frankfurt October 31-November 2, 1892| 4 pages in-fol., stamp and fiscal stamps.

Precious contract of association for the production of a drug against tuberculosis. The contract is established between Koch, Eduard PFUHL (1852-917), a physician from Berlin (and Koch's son-in-law), and Arnold LIBBERTZ (1882-1960) a physician and bacteriologist from Frankfurt. The three of them formed an association (Vereinberung) to create a company for the production of a drug against tuberculosis called "Tuberculin". The company grants the license for the production to the "Farbwerke Höchst" until 1912. The profits were divided equally between the Farbwerke and the company founded by the scientists. The income of the company was divided as follows: 50% for Koch, 25% for Pfuhl and 25% for Libbertz. An important set of press clippings, annotated, on Robert Koch (plus 2 postage stamps with his effigy) is attached.
