Contemporary binding in light blue silk entirely covered with a silver filigree decoration inlaid with blue stones and 10 small yellow and blue bichrome enamelled portraits (two in oval form in the center of the boards representing one, the Virgin, and the other, the Infant Jesus with a lamb| eight in the shape of a heart in the spandrels, representing evangelists and prophets), clasps, gilt edges, light blue silk endpapers.
Rare Parisian edition of the Office of the Virgin| copy decorated with a nice period watermarked binding.
(Binding a little tarnished and distorted, small lacks to one of the enamelled portraits| blue stones replaced later, probably in the 19th century).
