6 volumes in-12 (175 x 105 mm). Full brown speckled calf, stamped fillets on the boards, smooth spine decorated, red and black morocco title and greeves, marbled edges, bookmarks preserved (period bindings).



Ninth edition, revised and corrected, of which the original appeared in two parts, in 1774 and in 1778.

Complete with the 14 hors-texte figures engraved by Dambrun and Legrand after Monnet (pl. IV has been placed in volume II (instead of volume I)) and the frontispiece of La Théorie du bonheur engraved by Tardieu after Latteur.
