In-24, frontispiece, engraved title, (1) blank sheet, 4 plates of headdresses and costumes with 4 figures each, (23) leaves including explanations of prints and zodiac calendar, 81 pages, (8) leaves of chronological tables of European rulers, 131-(3) pages and (12) leaves of calendar, 12 plates, 2 folding tables (genealogy of the House of Saxony and statistics of several European countries). Binding of the period in ivory embroidered silk, covers decorated with frames of golden threads and sequins and a different embroidered composition for each, the first one bearing the initials AD in a frame in the center of a decoration of golden scrolls and festoons and of doves and branches embroidered in colored threads | the second one decorated with a composition with a gallant subject in the center of which appears a fiery heart flanked by two fountains in blue metallic threads and pieces, in the middle of gilt scrolls and festoons, gilt edges, burgundy and olive painted paper covers.

Very nice example of embroidered ivory silk binding of the period, well preserved.
