Lacquered, gilded, polychrome wooden subject, inlaid on the forehead with a fine stone, representing Avalokiteshvara with eight arms and eleven heads, standing on a lotus, dressed in ajina (deer, antelope or tiger skin), a stole and a paridhana.

He performs the gestures of prayer, worship (anjalimudra) and giving (varadamudra).
