Mark, unidentified master goldsmith.
18th century work, probably Parisian.
Heel engraved later with the alliance arms of the family of Thoury (Nivernais) and Aymé des Roches de Noyant (Puy-de-Dôme), under a marquis crown.

It contains a gold guilloche stiletto forming a pencil and penholder. It has a monthly calendar and a blood jasper cabochon (viege). Doubly hallmarked.
