A turquoise blue marble and gilt bronze PORTICAL CLOCK, the enamelled dial signed Denoyelle in Paris (received master in 1788) presents the hours and minutes in Arabic numerals. It is surmounted by a statuette representing Athena and supported by two fluted columnar uprights adorned with lion's heads and military trophies.
