CARTEL de forme violonnée en bronze ciselé doré et marqueterie dite Boulle

An ormolu and Boulle marquetry inlaid with red tortoiseshell and brass, rich rocaille ornamentation of scrolls, broken shells and garlands of flowers. The dial with twenty-five enamelled cartouches signed Lenoir A Paris shows the hours in Roman numerals and the minutes in Arabic numerals.
