Precious copy of the poet Stuart Merrill, disciple and great admirer of Verlaine, who inscribed on the second blank page "Stuart
Merrill/Paris/June 1889".
Excellent condition, cover boards slightly soiled, 2ff. of the "Chastity" piece have small foxing at the center fold marks.
