Sumptuous damask tablecloth with large imperial arms The decoration faithfully reproduces the imperial symbols used on the linen woven for the tables of the first Empire. On the field, the arms of Napoleon III standing out on a sowing of bees are repeated 3 times, the frame present in the four corners presents an eagle spread out tightening a crown of laurel, in the center appears the cross of the Legion of honor with the Imperial crown on the sides. The border is enhanced with garlands of flowers, alternating N crowned in laurel wreaths and eagles deployed, 1852-1870. Presence of a monogram in red thread "ED".
