Gold-lacquered bronze statuette representing Avalokitesvara standing on a lotus, in abhaya-varada mudra (gestures of fearlessness and giving). The deity is shown with a slight wiggle, head slightly bowed, dressed in monastic robes, a large necklace adorning his neck and torso. The face, expressing serenity and compassion, is topped by a bun.
