Mandate from Viscount Wellington, commanding His Majesty's forces in Spain and
Portugal, ordering the Deputy Treasurer-General, John Paramor Boys, to receive from John MURRAY, Commissioner-General, the sum of £49,000 for the ordinary services of the forces under his command, and authorizing him to issue drafts on the Treasurer-General for this amount, drafts to be given to the said Commissioner-General John Murray, to be negotiated as circumstances may require .
