Mandate from the Prince Regent, in the name of the King, to put the Great
Seal of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, to accept, in the name of His Majesty, the Acts of Accession to the General Treaty signed at the Congress of Vienna on 9 June 1815, and to the treaties, conventions, declarations, regulations and other acts specified in the 118th article of the said General Treaty, by H.S.H. the Sovereign Prince of SCHWARZBURGSONDERSHAUSEN| and by His Royal Highness the Grand Duke of BADEN.
These documents were addressed to the Chancellor of Great Britain

Attached is the manuscript of the "Draft of the Ratification of Great Britain and Austria" of the Treaty of Vienna of 9 June 1815, ratification dated London 15 September 1815, by Great Britain, Austria, France, Portugal, Prussia, Russia and Sweden| reference document drawn up by the secretariat of the Foreign Office, "to be put in Latin", with marginal indications for the drafting of the seven copies according to the signatory Power for which the document is intended : "each ratifying Power to be placed first, and the other six in alphabetical order of the courts [....] have the acts of ratification sent under the date of 15 September - because the act of the Congress must be ratified under a date prior to the present transactions of Paris" ... (5-page booklet in-fol. bound with a blue silk ribbon.
