"My return trip was in excellent conditions.
In Avignon, there were few people on the train and I was able to have a good corner. It's a good thing because after Avignon there was a crazy world and people crowded into the corridors! In Paris, I found a very clear change in temperature which has only become more pronounced since my arrival. Here last night there was white frost and between noon and two o'clock there was a lot of hail.
In spite of that my cold has disappeared. I hope that you didn't have such a bad weather in Saint-Andiol and that your holidays continued pleasantly. Did the tree of Judea take well?"...
