CHINE vers 1900

Perfume burner in bronze and cloisonné enamels of circular shape resting on a base chiselled with openwork greek. The polychrome decoration on a blue background represents garlands of lotus flowers and foliage scrolls and bats with outstretched wings surmounting sound gongs.
Petals and ruyi heads complete the ornamentation. The lid in the shape of three ruyi heads alternating with chiselled and openwork lotus flowers, surmounted by a lotiform socket.
Apocryphal mark Qianlong in zuanshu.
