An important red and gold lacquered wooden sculpture representing Avalokitesvara with twelve arms sitting in meditation, hands joined in offering, the crown decorated with flowers, surmounted by a bun with stylised dragon motifs and the jewel.
The hands hold the different attributes, one with the reminiscence of Amithaba.

Quan Âm ngồi thế kiết già, bốn cánh tay chính thủ ấn Thiền Định trong lòng và Chuẩn Đề Phật Mẫu trước ngực, 8 cánh tay còn lại kết ngọc, ấn Đức Phật cùng pháp bảo, đầu đội mão hoa trang trí hình rồng và bảo ngọc.
