Original edition enriched with a signed autograph letter mounted on a tab at the head of the volume (1/2 page in-8 on ruled paper) addressed to "Mon vieux Coco": "I forgot to tell you, yesterday, that it would be good, after having so affectionately thanked me for your copy of the D. o. s., to write a word to Calmann who, I learn it at the moment, did not join as I asked him, his card to mine, to leave me all the honor. But in fact he is half in the gift. A. Fr.
