- 4 INTERVIEWS: typescripts abundantly corrected by Simenon and
Parinaud (17, 19, 16 and 36 pp.). The writer and the journalist corrected, crossed out, improved with pencil and ballpoint pen these typescript transcriptions of the programs broadcast in 1955|
- 6 LETTERS: 2 L.A.S. (1 p. in ink, May 1955), 4 L.T.S. (Nov. 1955, 3 pp.) and 1 autograph correspondence card signed Au sujet des
Entretiens. "I don't know how you're used to working.
For my part, I prefer to improvise, without knowing in advance the questions I am asked. But the one who questions must obviously know where he's going. Are you familiar with my work? Do you have a plan of the shows? Repeat that the recordings must be prepared, otherwise he'll lose a lot of hours. Concerning the remuneration for their publication after their transmission: "I would like to point out that the price for a novel in a major publication is 1200,000 francs. This gives you a comparative idea of what we can accept".
